Because Matlab, Gaussian, and Stata are all licensed software, we must restrict their access to users from UCR.
Special group membership is required to access the groups for the respective software, so please reach out to our support email (support@hpcc.ucr.edu) for us to grant you access to the software.
Common errors that might arise when attempting to use software that you do not have access to include, but are not limited to:
-bash: matlab: command not found
-bash: g16: command not found
-bash: stata: command not found
-bash: /opt/linux/rocky/8.x/x86_64/pkgs/gaussian/16/sse4/bsd/g16.profile: Permission denied
